Permission notes

Regular members can use profiles, leaderboards, quiz rankings, icebreakers, and help commands. Activity configuration, automatic quizzes, community pulses, and security configuration use Discord staff permissions. Security modules are disabled until configured. The moderation panel checks the moderator's permission for each individual action and also checks both the moderator and bot role hierarchy before applying it.
